About Us
At One3 Employer Medical Solutions, our mission is to safeguard and strengthen workers through principled, compassionate occupational medicine that prioritizes people, integrity, and smart outcomes—delivering protection that is deeply human, highly efficient, and demonstrably cost-effective.
As a veteran-owned business grounded in family values, we bring the same duty, honor, and care to every partnership that we learned in service and live out in our own families. We treat every workplace injury, compliance challenge, and recovery plan as if it involved our own loved ones—because true care and unwavering commitment demand nothing less, and because principled decisions lead to better, more sustainable results for everyone involved.
Our work is guided by a clear set of core principles that shape every recommendation and interaction:
Our Values:
Integrity— We act with complete honesty and steadfast loyalty: communicating openly and truthfully, keeping our promises, standing by our clients and their teams through every challenge and success, and always doing the right thing—even when no one is watching. This builds unbreakable trust and long-term partnerships.
Service— We exist to serve employers, injured workers, and families with unwavering dedication and selflessness.
Compassion & Empathy — We listen deeply, understand fully, and treat every individual with genuine kindness, respect, and understanding.
Commitment to Safety & Compliance — We prioritize the creation of safe, healthy workplaces by upholding the highest regulatory standards and proactively preventing risks—ensuring full adherence to laws and guidelines while fostering environments where employees can thrive without unnecessary hazards. This protects people first and supports businesses in meeting—and exceeding—their obligations.
Evidence-Based Decisions — We base every action on thorough assessment, solid evidence, and careful consideration—never rushing or relying on assumptions. This disciplined approach ensures accurate diagnoses, effective plans, and optimal outcomes for workers and employers alike.
Efficiency & Cost-Effectiveness — We design practical, streamlined solutions that minimize waste, speed recovery, and reduce unnecessary expenses—proving that doing the right thing the right way protects people while optimizing resources and business performance.
These principles aren’t just listed—they define how we operate every day. By leading with integrity, empathy, disciplined execution, and an unyielding focus on safety, compliance, and evidence-based decisions, we create safer workplaces, faster recoveries, stronger adherence to regulations, meaningful cost savings, and lasting trust. The outcome is occupational health support that truly values people while delivering measurable, business-smart results—without ever compromising on care or ethics.
We founded One3 because we believe businesses thrive most when their people are genuinely protected, respected, and supported. As veterans and a family-centered team, we’re committed to building enduring partnerships that reflect those beliefs: where integrity meets compassion, thoroughness drives efficiency, and evidence-based decisions deliver real protection and performance.
If you’re looking for an occupational medicine partner that leads with mission, lives its values, and delivers efficient, cost-effective results rooted in genuine care, we’d be honored to earn your trust.

Dr. Joe Abrams DO, MPH is the Founder of One3.
He created One3 with the goal to help employees and employers reduce the cost and burden of medical decisions. After serving in the Air Force for 10.5 years he recognized the need that his expertise and leadership could provide to providers without access to a trained physician.
While in the Air Force he was stationed in Abilene Texas with 2 deployments to Afghanistan, Osan South Korea, Ramstein Germany, Boston Massachusetts and Ogden Utah. He was a flight surgeon for C130s, the first ever embedded physician within an Intel Unit in Korea, and the Chief of Occupational Medicine for the most successful Occupational Health program in the Department of Defense. He was recognized as the Europe/Africa Flight Surgeon of the year and as the Utah Physician of the year.
He completed his residency in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at Harvard University which has proved invaluable in building One3.
Prior to medical school Dr. Abrams learned to appreciate manual labor jobs as a landscape installer, gained sales experience as a door to door salesman and business experience as a manager of 2 fitness clubs.
He is committed to honesty and excellence in everything he does. His passion is to make everyone's lives incrementally better within his sphere of influence.
