Accessibility Statement

One3 is committed to making One3EMS.com usable by everyone, including people who browse with assistive technology.

Having trouble reaching us through this site?

You never have to use our contact form. Email info@One3EMS.com or call (509) 255-3033 and you will reach the same team, with the same response time. We will also complete any form on your behalf if that is easier.

Our commitment

One3 Employer Medical Solutions builds and maintains this site so that people with disabilities can find information, evaluate our services, and contact us independently. We treat accessibility as part of building the site rather than a one-time project, and we review it as the site changes.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities. WCAG 2.1 has three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

One3EMS.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means most of the site meets the Level AA requirements, and the exceptions we currently know about are listed below. We report our status this way on purpose: no automated tool or vendor can certify a site as fully accessible, and we would rather name our gaps than imply we have none.

What we have done

Measures currently in place across the site include:

  • a “Skip to main content” link
  • a keyboard-reachable path through every interactive element, with a visible focus indicator
  • text and interface colors checked against the Level AA contrast ratios
  • form fields with programmatically associated labels and autocomplete hints
  • headings and landmarks that reflect the structure of each page
  • text alternatives for meaningful images
  • a pause control on the scrolling credentials banner
  • an anti-spam check on the contact form that never asks you to solve a visual puzzle
  • respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion setting
  • layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to a 320-pixel-wide viewport at 400% zoom

Known limitations

We are aware of the following barriers. Each one lists the alternative available to you today while we work on a fix.

The anti-spam check on our contact form. Our form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which decides whether a visitor is human from background signals rather than from a visual puzzle. Most people never see anything at all. Any automated check can still misjudge a real person, so if it ever stops you, the alternative is to email or call us using the details at the top of this page — no verification step, same team, same response time. This replaced an earlier image-based captcha that offered no audio alternative.

Consultation booking. Scheduling a consultation hands off to Google Calendar appointment scheduling, a third-party service we do not control. We link out to it rather than embedding it so that it opens in your own browser tab with your own settings applied. Alternative: email or call us and we will schedule the consultation with you directly.

Reading level. Some pages describing our clinical and cost-management services read at a college level and use occupational-medicine terminology. This meets Level AA but not the Level AAA reading-level criterion. We are progressively editing this copy toward plainer language. Alternative: ask us to explain anything on the site in plain terms and we will, in writing or by phone.

Third-party content. Where the site embeds or links to services operated by others, we are limited to what those vendors ship. We raise accessibility defects with them and will replace a vendor when a barrier cannot be resolved.

Compatibility

This site is designed to work with recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on desktop and mobile, used together with the screen readers and magnification tools built into those platforms. It relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA. Some content will not display as intended in browsers that no longer receive security updates.

How we assess this site

We evaluate the site by self-assessment, combining automated testing across every page with manual keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader review, contrast measurement taken from rendered pages rather than from stylesheet values alone, and testing at small viewport sizes and high zoom levels. We re-test when we ship significant changes.

This site was last assessed on July 27, 2026. We have not commissioned an independent third-party audit; if we do, we will say so here and publish the result.

Tell us about a barrier

If you cannot use part of this site, we want to hear about it — your report is the fastest way for us to find and fix a problem. Please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using, if you know them.

Email info@One3EMS.com or call (509) 255-3033. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to tell you what we plan to do and when. If we cannot fix something quickly, we will offer you another way to get the information or service you were after.
